Can I order KNAACK® Products directly?
No. KNAACK® products are only available through fine industrial, contractor and truck equipment supply houses located throughout the U.S. and Canada. We also have distribution in Europe and Australia.
What is the warranty for KNAACK® Products?
We warrant that our products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three years from the date of purchase by the original retail purchaser.
Are replacement parts available for KNAACK® products?
Replacement parts can be ordered through your local KNAACK® Distributor.
Can I register my product?
Yes. Simply create an account and then enter your product details to register your KNAACK® product. Our product registration tool provides an easy way to manage all of your product and warranty information.
Can I register my key code?
Yes. KNAACK® recommends registering all your key codes in order to keep them secure and prevent the expense of replacing a lock due to lost keys. Simply create an account and click on “Product Registration”. Then enter your product details, including key code, to register your KNAACK® key code.
How can I become a distributor of KNAACK® Products?

Do I have to use a Master Lock® in your WATCHMAN® Series Locks, or can I use another brand?
There are other brands of locks that will work with our boxes, but the lock has to be the right size. Click here to view the diagram that spells out what size locks will work with our current line of boxes. See the note above for more details.
